Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as supplements, pills, or gummies), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Store Credit (No Cash Refunds)
If your guarantee claim is approved, we’ll issue store credit (Amplifi e-gift card) for the eligible item(s). No cash or card refunds are provided for consumable/perishable goods.

How you’ll receive it: A digital gift card sent to your email within 1–2 business days of approval.

Amount: Item price excluding shipping, discounts, and taxes (unless required by law).

Use & expiry: Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.

Didn’t get it? If it’s been more than 3 business days since approval and you haven’t received your credit, contact us at amplifilifeofficial@gmail.com.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or issue store credit.
